3D SLA Printing

Ok, so i'm relatively new to it, the parts print OK, but what's the best thing to glue parts together with, I've tried the usual super glue and many other things but find the outcomes are really varied, almost like some brands of 'resin' prefer one type of glue over another, is there something thats almost 'universal' . Second is about filling joints when joining parts- I've tried a number of different fillers and some flake away, and some when sanding the hardness is so different it flakes off- or sand as a very different rate- any suggestions please.
