Anyone into dolls houses?
Discussion
I've got seven granddaughters. They seem to like dolls houses. I know nothing about them. However, I have bought an old 1/12 kit, from 1995, of a Honeychurch Edwardian House, but no instructions. Advice on books, etc, and any other help, greatly appreciated.
One particularly difficult aspect is that the kit came with three items of furniture, all in separate boxes. No problem so far, but each box has 'Adult Toy' on the side. That's a difficult look to carry off for an old bloke.

Just make sure the postman isn’t looking through your window as you excitedly open the box to reveal a small bookcase and he’ll just think you are a regular deviant.Amusingly this thread is the third one down on Google... never a good sign....

Or look for photos of the finished house which will help show what to aim for.
I was asked to complete a half-built doll's house by an aunt; it seemed simple enough, mostly panels of MDF with wallpaper stuck on, and wiring in the form of thin copper strip running underneath.
