1/6 Scale Spitfire - Free To A Good Home
Discussion
Nearly 4 years ago I thought I'd have a go at building a large Spitfire model and bought the 1/6 scale model by Mick Reeves. I made a promising start with the fuselage and tail but I found the wings to be difficult and I lost heart and it's been almost completely untouched in the garage since 2020.
I don't have the skill to make a good enough job of it and I'd like it to go to gift it to someone who has what it takes. If anyone's interested please PM me.

A fascinating project! I'd think the fuselage is tricky and that looks fine, so why stuck on the wings?
But looking at that tailplane and imagining it 6x bigger, is it really 1/6 scale? Seems too small.
Anyway, just to cheer you up, in 2019 I competed a model that had been 'stuck' since 1985, and then another stuck since 2005!
