Having a few bit of lovely artwork of my mate Neil ( https://www.ngautoart.co.uk/https://twitter.com/NGAutoArt - thoroughly recommend!!) I'm looking for a suitable German or Nurburgring 1:10 ish themed model to complete the shelf as the Defender doesn't quite work now!

The wall has various circuit maps, art and cars. From right to left:

Le Mans circuit / Le Mans Porsche art / Porsche Lego

Suzuka circuit / GR010 Hybrid / GR86 Tamiya

Nurburgring circuit / BMW Art Car pointillist / ??? Which Model ???

You can get that very BMW CSL in diecast form (tends to be expensive, though, as all the Minichamps Art Cars are).

If you wanted something different, but Nurburgring-y, what about a Porsche 956 in Rothmans livery - Bellof still holds the official (ie in a race) lap record in one.

Something like this - https://ck-modelcars.de/en/cmr-1-12-porsche-956-lh... (1:18 will be a lot cheaper).

That's a great idea - only thing that puts me off is there is already a Porsche model up there.

Maybe a Mercedes GT or BMW N24 winner? Struggling to find a model though.

Jaguar XJ Coupe? Set a new lap record from a standing start in 1977 (before engine he go bang), and the other car finished second. Would have loved to see Andy Rouse hustle that monster round the Ring.

I've got this Minichamps Stück/Piquet BMW M1 with the Nurburgring motif (mine's only 1:18 though)...

https://www.carmodel.com/minichamps/125802901/1-12...

Doesn't seem to be available new anymore, the closest I could find was either:

The 1982 Jaegermeister
https://www.miniatures-minichamps.com/gb/nurburgri...

Or the 1979 Procar winning Project Four #5 Lauda car...

Was only available in 1:18 (#80430150918), and they can be seen commanding £1000+ (compared to £100 when they came out).
