I assume most people that ordered them last year got it delivered yesterday?

After arriving much quicker than estimated I'm pleased and impressed with the unit.

Just started doing some small tweaks like colouring the hose ends but i'm sure some more changes will come in time.

Adam Savage has put a video up on his ‘Tested’ YouTube Channel of him making some change to his, using the correct ribbon cable and the correct yellow wiring harness, and other bits and pieces.

I saw that, it's sort of what inspired me to start adjusting mine.

What's the weight of something like this? By that I mean, does it feel like a proton pack would or a bit plasticky.

I looks brilliant, just wondering where you'd display something like this.

I'm not sure on the weight, sub 10kg I'd guess. It is metal and plastic, the rear is plastic as is the structure but it feels sturdy and robust.

It comes with a stand to display it and some people have put them in cabinets/man caves etc etc. Mines in the lounge, until we move then it's going with some other movie stuff in the dining room.

Must say I thought about this for a second.

How much was the pack, was this the crowd funded one that was kicking about last year.

The pack was £349 from memory, yes it is the crowdfunded one from about 18months ago. well worth the money and only going to increase in value too should I decide to part ways with it. Just wondered if anyone else got one?
