Does anyone know of any companies that make a replacement cockpit canopy for a 1/48 Phantom FGR 2 its a Revell kit.

Failing that does anyone have a spare for sale.

Doesn't matter if its open or closed.

Thanks

Scalemates seems to think no aftermarket:

However, some companies do spare parts - an email tp Revell and they may send you one?

Yeap, I've sent Revell an email, been told that some of the Hasegawa kits (apperently the Revell kit is a reboxing of the Hasegawa kit) have both an open and closed canopy in the box.

Cheers, I looked on Hannants but couldn't see anything listed for a Phantom but I guess I can get the canopy from this 1 to fit?

I have a love/hate relationship with vac formed canopies. They can look brilliant if handled properly but removing them from their backing sheet can be rather traumatic.

These days I use a very sharp nail scissors and then trim - very, very carefully - with a model knife.
