80’s Taiyo RC car parts

Hello. When I was a child in the late 80’s/early 90’s I was given a Taiyo Grabber 4WD RC car. My son is now at an age where he’s interested in this sort of thing, and I thought it would be nice to use my old car. Unfortunately at some point I went at it with a screwdriver and removed a wheel and the wishbones and driveshaft from one corner. I still have the wheel, but can’t find the other parts. Does anyone know if any currently available parts are compatible?
