Long thin rubber band for helicopter
Discussion
My son has a rubber band helicopter that we took to the park, and obviously wanting it to go higher and higher I turned the blades too far and snapped the rubber band to bits. :-/
Putting the strands together it looks like it's about 60" long or 1.5m (not joined together at the ends), and fairly thin, like a thin-to-medium chow mein noodle.
Any idea where I can buy some more? A new helicopter kit is £7 which I'll do if I have to but there must be somewhere that sells rubber bands of that size.

You want a rubber motor, not a rubber band. https://www.balsacabin.co.uk/product/keil-kraft-mo... but various places do strip rubber.
Make the motor, tie the knot to the right length & then get some castor oil & pour some in your hands & liberally cover the motor in it. You must tie the knot first other wise the knot will slip on the castor oil.
Then break the motor in with some gentle winds before going mad.

Ah that's why I wasn't finding anything of the length I needed! That one looks a bit thick for what we need (there's not a lot of space in the frame of the helicopter but I'm sure I can find something 1-2mm.
