RC Boat Recommendation

Hi all,

For my young son's last birthday we bought him an FTX Tracer RC car after recommendations on here. I have to say, it's been (and still is) absolutely fantastic. We love playing with it together, building jumps and generally bashing it about.

This year, he's said he'd like an RC boat (after trying one in a boating lake recently). So I guess my question is, what's the RC boat equivalent of the FTX Tracer? Something electric, relatively quick, rugged, not too big and not too expensive.

Any help appreciated.

I think FTX make RC boats, no idea if they are any good or not though.

The Tracer is great isn’t it? Ours has been tortured at the skate park and still going strong.
