Following a bonus email from hannants last week I showed Ukraine some support and bought two armory models which turned up today. For 1:72 kits there's a lot of parts. I won't do then fill justice!

Yes I see the irony that they're Russian vehicles. I also hope the war will be done before the models.

Some progress so far. Some of the parts are on the fine side, though still make some of Henryks parts seem huge, but then I've not got his skill. On the downside I've lost two of the photo etch letters from the front of the cab already.

Are you going to build a diorama and have it up to its axles in rasputitsa with rotten chinese tyres hanging off? biggrin

.

Heres a tip, as ive lost loads of tiny parts in my builds that have pinged off somewhere. Using a LED torch place it horizontally on the work surface or floor. it will highlight and also cast a shadow of the tiniest parts even if dropped on carpet. Ive always managed to find them.Good hunting. Trust this helps

I spotted it while doing the vacuuming, managed to pick it up and dropped it. I then spent 15 minutes crawling and the floor with a lack to find it before finding it in the lot back under the axle assembly.

Put a hanky/muslin or something similar as a filter between two bits of the vacuum tubes and suck away happily - you'll find the bits caught there.
