Thought I would share this rather than cluttering up the non technical tread

Build may take some time but here goes, the build is in five parts with the fifth part the final assembly, there are then 4 updates which I hope to get to when I have all the necessary bits

First Part

PArt 1 finally complete

the final assembly can wait until I have built the rocket! It is big and heavy

Can’t wait to see this completed! If Lego offered it as a model, I’d buy it. Despite what would be a significant price, it appeals to me in a way that a monotonously dreary grey Star Wars set never will. And at the same time, I’m too snobbish to buy the Vonodo offering (and I’m dubious of whether it’d be as well engineered as the MOC, having heard that the Chinese-copy launch tower is seriously short on parts-count when compared to the original design.

Well jell (as the kids no longer say).
