Simpo Two is alluding to way that these models fly very slowly.
This is a microfilm model. Flight times can be thirty minutes plus.
Microfilm Models
Microfilm is made by pouring a cellulose dope based liquid onto water, which then sets and can be lifted off the water with a frame. The aircraft structure is built with materials around 1mm square, and a whole model weighs under 1.5 grams.

GliderRider is right. I never tried microfilm, but built a lot of Keil-Kraft with varying degrees of success.
