Really fancy one of these as have had a look on line - but wanted to buy from Russ as he and the team are the fountain of all things RC / models.

Trying to get my head around the £530 plus though!!!!!

I like building 1 20 f1 model kits usually Tamiya.

I’ve recently done a McLaren Honda and have a Red Bull RB6 waiting to start.

There seems to be a shortage of later model kits either available or in the pipeline.

Do you know if there’s a reason for this?

Its usually licensing costs.
Every sponsor takes a cut these days.Thats why NASCAR is a no go area these days.
Also, Ferrari recently priced themselves out of the scale model kit world and Tamiya stopped doing Ferraris.

It might be worth trying e-bay, I bought a 6 wheel AMG Traxxas from a seller in Germany called' hop up rc models' it was about £100 cheaper than anywhere in the UK. It arrived quickly and in perfect order, I used the money saved to buy an additional battery.
