Just received the Monster Beetle for the kids, and seem to be stuck very early on with the steering. I have the servo fitted, and have the steering arms made up, but can't figure out how to connect the two together, the instructions in the model only refer to the Tamiya servo, and the Alturn servo has no instructions at all. Relevant photos below, hope someone can help?

Assuming you've got a 2015 re-release, step 7 in the manual shows how you fit it.

You may have to find out how many splines your servo has to find the correct fit steering horn / servo saver.

It does, but shows a circular or straight horn and I have 2 which have 4 and 5 arms on them, and don’t seem to have any washers to it on.

You need parts J7 / J10 (which should be toothed inside to match the servo drive) and K6 which is the washer. The bag of bits that came with the servo should have the right screw in it.

Thanks, will have another look this evening and see if I can find the right bits.

All sorted now thanks, for some reason I was looking for those parts in with the servo, rather than in the Tamiya box.
