Cheap display stand option (1:18 content)

Turns out that these make great little display stands for your models.
Slice the top off with a blade, cut the height you want and then cut an angled top if so desired.
You can even utilise the bottom of the bottle as a way to keep the model from resting on it's own tyres thus preventing any deterioration of the tyres/springs.
Only thing to be aware of is if the underside of your model is smooth then it won't take much of an angle on the stand, although I guess if you want to run a quick bead of a silicone-type adhesive around the top and let it set then that would help create a bit of grip.
