Edited to say I THOUGHT it was produced by the Wingnut Wings bunch (Peter Jackson) - but might be wrong about that!
Picked up a printed version of the first at the model show - had no idea digital was free - thanks for link!

In terms of reference articles and images, that's significantly better than most model magazines you'd have to pay for.
