I've recently unearthed the part finished 1:12 Tamiya model of the Porsche 935 I started decades ago. I'd really like to see it completed but it's way beyond me now due to arthritis and deteriorating eye sight. I wondered if any skilled model maker here could oblige? Having seen your work I'm sure you'd make a far better job of it than I ever could have done - for a suitable recompense of course.

You'd probably want to disassemble it and start again, building to your own standard. As far as I can tell, all pieces are there and I also have the February 1980 'Auto Modeller' which gives hints for adding extra detail - I read that photo etch kits are/were available, are they still?

Would someone be able to help please?

Here's where I got to all those years ago:

Looks like a pretty decent job so far. Just needs a bit of a clean.

If you don’t get any better offers I would be pleased to offer my mediocre skills to finish it off for you.

Thanks, I'm happy to accept; your 'mediocre skills' are infinitely superior to my own. I'll contact you by PM.
