Quick question has anyone on here got a 1/12 scale GT sprit model.

Looking at the Ferrari GTO or E type, with the costs involved I just wanted views before buying.

I don’t doubt that these resin replicas look good but if you are in the market for a model of a 250 GTO I can recommend the CMC version. Yes its 1/18 scale and its more expensive (£300 to £350 for a mint used one) but practically everything that can open on the real car is also on the model and the level of detail throughout is amazing.

You can pre-order from GT-spirit direct (currently doing May & June orders) or buy them off eBay which can actually work out cheaper than direct.
