Next large scale project underway
Untitled by MBBlat, on Flickr

Going for a prisoner scheme, using some Zero paints Lotus colours, although I'm not sure my airbushing skills are quite up to the task.

I’d love one of these, but it’s way too much money. I’m looking forwards to see how it goes together.

Keep your eye open on fLeabay for examples that have been 'slightly' started -
I've seen them sell for under half what was their new price.

Just lovely! I'd imagine it feels like building the real thing but in the warmth of your living room! (Unless you have a REALLY understanding wife!)

We've got more coming in soon... sold the initial batch very quickly. If there are a bunch of PH'ers who want one Ill happily sort you out a deal...

Would love one of these Russ - but the cycle fender version. Can you get them?

I could be tempted for a good deal. Please let us know.

Price is the issue. They are not cheap.

Tamiya TS spray for the alluminium, chrome pen for the disks, details handpinted.

Started on the rear - diff in, a lot easier than on the real thing. Bit of wild weathering - engine grime wash plus tamiya silver powder to pick up the highlights.

Is it the picture angle or is there a ton of camber on those rears?

I might have gone overboard of the wethering on the block and gearbox, but its not that visable once installed.

Catch tank with some blink on the hose connections

Engine now in and exhaust headers fitted, will post some pics onece I've got the cylinder head painted & fitted.
Came across a strange fitment issue with the silencer - the mounting bracket is a mm or so aft of the mounting hole on the chasis - anyone built this kit know if thats a common problem?
