Suggest where I can get a small metal bulbholder made?

I'm seeking an enthusiastic amateur engineer that make a run if 20/30 or so working metal festoon bulb holders. These are to help remanufacture some original lamp units for a classic car that aren't available any longer.

I have an original to copy/act as a pattern. If the person happened to be near Cardiff all the better but anywhere would be OK as they are small enough to post.

Any pointers gratefully received.
