Don't know the site, but I just did a search for "1:43 rolls Royce silver spirit blue". Western Union payment makes me wonder about that seller, but it might be nothing.
Otherwise, plenty of UK sellers with them in other colours, or in kit form, so you could repaint if you are into that kind of thing.

This seems to be the most prevalent model in 1:43, other than that it's a waiting game on Ebay. I don't know your budget, but buying one in a different colour and then paying someone like MCWS (see the modified model car thread here http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a... to modify it to your spec may be the best bet.
