Quad flight board replacement issues

Hi, I know we have some really knowledgeable people on here with quads and RC gear in general so I thought I would try here too. I have had limited luck with RC groups as I'm probably asking stupid noob questions and my threads just fall off with no answers. The long and short of it is that My diatone Tyrant needed a new FC after the micro JST port for the receiver just ripped off.
I have replaced the board with another naze32 but without the micro jst ports so needed some reworking of the chassis to fit. Now the craft wont fly. The motors just speed up and runaway and the craft wants to pitch and fly away in one direction. I think the issue lies in the PID loop but don't know where as I have tried defaults on cleanflight, baseflight and betaflight fresh firmware flashes.

Any help would be great as I'm starting to find it very frustrating and just want to fly the thing now!
