My 7 year old lad got Scalextric for his birthday last week....he and his 5yr old sister love it. He has a digital set up with "resistant cars"...couple of broken spoilers already. Dad treated himself to some high detail models...they will be staying in their boxes for now!

A few years ago I built myself an MDF routed rally track, stupidly sold it as it was take up garage space. Had a fair few cars, mostly rally and Can-Am.

Just starting again now kids are old enough, got this lot plus a load more for £35 on gumtree

There’s enough cars to fill another display case, and 370 feet of track in boxes waiting for some spare time, and a properly fitted floor in the loft.
