Carrera is good value, but Scalextric has the name.

Carrera cars are generally nicer models, but often heavy and not as good on track.

Scalextric is more popular in the UK, so you'll find bits easier.

Drop me a pm - I can do either.

is the track better quality? reason i ask my set up has a couple of 180 turns and the tracks on these dont seem to line up too well meaning the cars get stuck.

Is your Scalextric the old "Classic" track or the new "Sport" track?

Surprised you have alignment problems then, the Sport track is normally very good.

Have the ends been damaged some how?

Hi all, I can get a Ninco GT Max set for a good price. It is well used but still looks good, looks perfect to actually race with for my boys (5 and 7).

Do you reckon that this is a good set?
