Bluebird & Speed Record Models
Discussion
Lledo, in partnership with Kellogs, did a set of Land Speed Record cars, which actually aren't that bad. They're 1:60 (ish) scale and can normally be found on eBay. There was an initial set of four, namely the;
1935 Bluebird
Railton Mobil Special
Spirit of America
Thrust 2
later on they produced a thrust SSC as well.
That's the cheaper end of the market.
Have a look here;

I have these four mint & boxed - including the original parcel box that they were delivered in!!!
Not sure of their value - i might be persuaded to part with them as my model collection has to go asap.
