I’ve got a gift voucher to spend and nothing else appeals to me at the moment. I was waiting for the Jaws set but it is nowhere to be seen, so I might get this.

It’s a shame it just looks like the MOC for the 911 because it is white.
Maybe if you wash it it’ll turn red biggrin
Hell yes!

As an aside, how does the radio work? Does it play your own music from your phone?
It has a sound brick with pre-recorded clips, and it has a space for your phone to go in the back.
That's the bit I don't get - why would you do that if it's just for prerecorded clips

Glad I'm not the only one wondering where this has gone, I've been patiently waiting for the release to be announced!

So you can have Greatest Hits Radio from your phone speaker and play Popmaster from a Lego retro radio of course!

You can play anything you like from your phone.

The pre-recorded clips are just so it makes noise without a phone I think.

Hi all. I recently bought a Lego F40 from eBay (cheap at £60 as some parts were missing). I’ve cleaned it all up and dismantled and have bought the remaining missing parts needed to complete.

This is the state is was when arrived. (I’ve removed old stickers and ordered new ones)

This is the current state.

Should have time to complete this weekend. Will show the final build.

Been on holiday so only just caught up on the June releases.

Speed Champions always look better in real life than on the box so looking forward to these as always, despite some review criticism

Star Wars Pod Race diorama costly but looks good

Didn’t know about this one, I’m a sucker for a T-Rex

Then this was sold out both online and in the Lego shop, with no news of when it’ll come back, so there were a few in Smyths - this looks fun!

Will do, might be July before I start.

It's going to sit along side rivendell. The fell beast was a good freebie

Is Rivendell as good to build as it looks?

That's one I really want but can't quite justify at the price...

I've not got a huge Lego history to compare it to but I thoroughly enjoyed it

Double points until Monday, so I have the Milky Way and the Micro Ninjago City on the way. The Milky Way should be enough points for the next micro set.

Picked up a couple of speed champion sets recently. Still got the new Aston set get.
I actually quite like and enjoyed the build of the G63.

Also got got a mate to print off some new wheels for the mclaren. He painted the alloys gloss black and the tyres with black rubber. Loving the new look.

really ?

I guess the double whammy of transfomers/VW fees was too much, so they made it look like an aliexpess/temu knockoff!

I really enjoyed the Kingfisher - I wasn't certain about it at first, but it's a good build and model.

Its quite close to the Hasbro one from the original series so it gets a bit of a pass from me, its also not got VW branding on it.
