Tyre v Mileage

Question. How many miles can I expect on my front tyres on my S80. My driving habits are general, dont spin wheels etc, check pressures weekly, set 2.5 bar?

What model do you have and what tyres are on it?

2004 S80 4 door saloon 2432cc, auto 5 gears, tyres are Wanli 225/50Z R17 98W XL, from just googling, Wanli don't have a good write up it seems, but these were fitted last year, about 9000 miles ago, and shows signs of wear, I am sure they will be picked up on my annual service and MOT in June.

But then another website says Wanli are good tyres, who knows.

I get around 12000 quite easily from my S60 T5 tyres. I rotate and replace early but still...

Thanks for that, congrats for the 1000th post. I just noticed my number of posts, and was gobsmacked, mind you a lot of mine are ste. But they really build up quickly.

Well I can see another set of fronts when it goes in for its MOT in June, and that will be around 9200 miles, might be tracking or something.
