V70 D5 Buying advice

Looking at buying a V70 D5, budget 13k max. Looking for a 2006 ish car with max 50k miles.
Rather a manual. But what other spec should I look out SE? Sport? WHat kind of essential options do people recommend? Are there some big service intervals to look out for?
Any other nasties that can catch me out?
