Volvo V70 Diesel Auto - advice on buying pls

Hi everyone

Looking for some advice. Thinking of buying a V70 auto diesel. I have about 10k to spend.

Everyone tells me these cars are pretty bullet proof ... anything I need to know? I will be putting a few miles on it so looking for reliability and economy.

Anyone recommend any dealers in South.. have looked at Ravenscroft.. seem ok.....any dissenters or alternatives?

There's a thread that is fairly new along the lines of 163 vs 185bhp, its either on this page or the previous one. That's a pretty good place to start.

Therefore you need to decide if you want the more powerful version or not? Or maybe the less powerful one will do, and you can always "chip" it later. Do you want auto or manual?

Also, I'm not really sure when it changes, but people refer to Euro III versus Euro IV emissions and the Euro III is supposed to be much more efficient, if that's important to you?
