850 - TYPE OF OIL RECOMMENDED

Hi, I have just bought a 95 850 2.0 20v, its done 150,000 miles and needs servicing, what type of oil would you recommended for this engine? Also got some wheel bearing noise from the front of the car, is it easy to change the bearings? Plus it feels a little flat on performance, any thing that needs checking? Thanks for the advice.
