Volvo 740 2.3 turbo, what to look for

I'm looking at a 1989 volvo 740 2.3 turbo estate in a few days and i just wanted to get some info on what to look for with them. Has anyone had one before and what is to expect from them.

Mine isnt the turbo, but the B230ET engine is pretty bulletproof, buy on overall condition and not mileage, Basically just check its been well serviced, and if its been self serviced, check the receipts. Check cambelt has been done, check it boosts ok when its warmed up, you shouldnt really have any problems
