480 turbo...any good?

Is the Volvo 480 turbo any good? Theres a 93 or 94 model for sale on my way to work, it has low mileage, looks in good nick and is pretty cheap too.
Worth a punt?
Whats the performance & handling like?

Check the seal round the glass on the tailgate, and for water damage in the boot.

Dont know very much about how they drive though.
