Hey guys

Noticed last night my parcel shelf was sagging and on opening the boot door, it seems like its come out too far and won't spring back into place.

Any ideas on how to fix it? I've tried pulling it further, but it still won't move. I've been told there is a spring mechanism, but anyone know where this is and how i can workout if its broken?

Cheers!

Gaz

Yeah i thought i'd post up on the owners club forums first, but not having a lot of luck.

I know, i just haven't had time to give it a proper clean and polish, yet. Pictures once i have.

hehe how much you offering?

Turns out i haven't got a torx screwdriver small enough to get into the tiny holes, as per the picture above.

Does anyone know how the shelf comes away from the part that its fitted into? Surely they must come apart?

Cheers for the offer. Unfortunately i'm not in the position to buy what i want to replace it just yet, so i'm going to keep hold of it and enjoy it a bit longer. thumbup

The plastic splines that tension them break - They require a fair amount of modification to make them work again - very fiddly
