volvo v70 smoking help plz

my volvo v70 2.5 turbo has started smoking blue.
how can i tell if this is the turbo or something else
hopfuly some one can help me thanks.

On or off boost? Heavy or light acceleration?

smokes more on havey acceleration put smokes a little bit on tick over

could be turbo - is it noisy at all? - or even valve stem seals - when was the oil last changed and what sort of oil was used? You may want to check the PCV system (breather) common for them to block when run on crap oil - If the turbo has gone buy a second hand one (mitsubishi TD04)
- is it def blue smoke on idle or just condensation?
