C70 - Last Shape - Buying Advice

Hi - I am considering a 2.4/T5 C70 convertible - are there any major points to watch for? My budget is £10k, more interested in condition than mileage/age..

Also.. they have a lot of similarities to the old Saab 900NG/93 convertible that I once owned.. are they the same floorpan by any chance??
