Hi folks,

I need to change the pads on the rear of my 740 but the retaining pins are seized solid. Any ideas on how to shift them or is it a drill them out job.

A mechanic suggested Duck oil but I am wary of using that near brake discs.

Cheers

I used plus-gas and a punch on mine, worked a treat. Remember, they only go in one way, so punch them from the right side.

I had them out about 3 years ago but they look very corroded now. Will try Plus Gas. Cheers
