2000 S80 2.5 Diesel Auto..buying advice please

I have been offered the above with a years MOT, 106k miles for 5600. It has a full service history. What do I need to look for, is this a good deal, it seems to drive ok, little vague on the steering but otherwise no probs. Any input would be appreciated, thanks

the audi engine is a bag of nails,look out for the latest volvo engine,is far superior.
