v70 2.5 tdi

this v70 seems to start fine from cold and is drives as it should , but if i leave the car for an hour or so it will not start , leave for 20 -30 mins and its ok , a warning light came up on the dash but dissapeared , but now its on and wont go out , i looked it up and found out that it meant the car had an electrical fault , ive just fitted new glow plugs/fuel filter wich has helped......... any clues or help would be most welcome..
