850 t5 Clutch and Rear Crankshaft Seal

Hi Guys,

My rather high mileage 850 T5 estate needs a new clutch and i've heard its worth changing the rear crankshaft oil seal while you are at it.

Anyway i'm likely to give the local garage a ring for a price to do the whole job (which i hear is a bit pricey)

Can anyone recommend someone in the Southend area for a reasonable price?

My 1st post on the Volvo forum but any advice would be greatly appreciated.
