At last, Volvo on PH.
Picked up new (to me) 940 after my last one ended up in a ditch. Coming home, the emission warning light came on and hasn't gone off since. It runs well, no great smoke or anything. Any ideas? It's a 92 "K" reg with 182k miles.
Cheers

If it's the one on the dash that lights up next to the bulb missing light, don't worry about it. They all do that sir.....it's the lambda sensor, mine did it, as has every other one I have been in of that vintage. Never made a difference to me, it flew through the MOT too.

Bloody brilliant old buses...

Mine did this when I brought it (V40 T4).. Took it back to the dealer several times, apparently they just don't like sitting around on Forecourts waiting to be sold.. It took about 2 weeks of motorway driving to stop mine from coming on..
