Does it pop up when you first get in the car and start up? Just seems to show you are sat in the drivers seat with your seat belt on - if passengers were sat in the car without their seat belt on they show in red on the same graphic
A long shot but you've nothing that is blocking your boot from full latching is there? Like a boot liner or a mat? Probably worth popping it into a dealer and getting scanned or a software update done to see if that cures it.
