V40 washer nozzle

My son has a 2015 V40. Windscreen washer jets stopped working a few days ago but pump was still going. Checked under bonnet to find the bottom of the washer nozzle has fallen off.
Is this a common problem and if so does anybody know if you can buy the part separately or is it a whole new nozzle.
