V90 Radio

Hi. I have a 2018 v90 recently the radio is changing channels. Where the traffic announcements normally comes up at the top of the screen it says 106.2 and underneath it says Alert I have to keep cancelling it as I would with traffic alerts there is a channel playing in the background. I have turned off the traffic alerts but it still comes on about every ten minutes. I have done the factory reset don’t know what else to try. Any ideas. Thanks

I believe you need to turn the FM traffic alerts off and there might even be an AM one too.
I haven't driven a V90 in a couple of years but I'm fairly certain on this.
