Euro 6 V70 - high mileage

I'm looking at chopping in my BMW 730d SE 2012 due to MPG costs and the impending ULEZ charge as I commute to Heathrow on a weekly basis.

Have been looking at the V70 for a while - new V60/V90 is lovely but nursery fees etc will put a stop to that.

Anything to look out for on a high mileage V70 - i'm guessing D4 or D3.
