The 3.0 T6 engine seems to have quite a few different states of tunes, depending on what car it was fitted to. I have a v60 with a polestar remap, which is about 330bhp but the "proper" Polestar is 350bhp (and a load of other parts).

Does anyone know what the differences are through the bhp levels? TB's? Turbo? Intakes? Mapping? Exhausts? All of the above?

I dont know but +20HP is probably just mapping. I have the Polestar file in my XC90 and they are very conservative with the power boost.

A few of my older cars have come in various different engine power levels and it was just mapping, Leon Cupra for example came in 265-310ps all down to mapping and also my 981 Cayman S, the GTS was just mapping.

I think you are right, wiki says there are 3 versions (b6304t2, b6304t4, B6304T5) but I just thought 280 to 350 depending on the car was quite a big jump with no other upgrades than ECU.

My old Cupra went from 280 to 375 with just a file haha.
