Just thought I would come on and have a little rant! Does anyone else find the Volvo website really crap?
They seem to force you in to finance (or lease) and dont show you costs for the options until you get to the end so you can't tell if adding X is free or costs. I find it unusable and it puts me off even looking at their products.
So am I stupid or do other people also think its it crap?

As a salesman for Volvo I agree. They are aiming to a finance only route and ultimately only doing so because the market is going that way for new cars. the number of people who would actually use their hard earned cash to buy a new car (not a bank loan or re-mortgage as some customers claim as cash) is so small it's not worth worrying about for manufacturers these days. With the advent of electric cars, who really wants to own one, given how obsolete they could be a few years after purchase. The technology is still relatively young and will improve rapidly, it could well be like owning an Amstrad in a world of iMacs.
