Classic volvo Rocker shafts

It appears my Rover V8 has has Volvo rockers, pushrods and rocker shafts fitted.

The rocker shafts are a worn and I'd like to replace with similar. Putting Rover bits back means replacing everything including all the pushrods.

Putting Volvo parts back means I just need new shafts and I can re-bush the rockers.

Where would I find some?

I think these would be from a B20 engine?

Can't find any on Brookhouse.
