XC90 T8 R-design v Momentum
Discussion
Looking for some thoughts from fellow PH’s. We are changing our old 2013 XC90 R-design diesel, and trying to choose between two cars. I prefer the look of the R-design (mainly the wheels but the interior is pretty smart too) but it’s £2k dearer than the Momentum despite being 8 months older. I also prefer the colour of the RD (grey as opposed to black). I can see the windows are tinted in the RD, but other than styling can’t pick up on any major differences. Both are the same miles, so little to choose...
Am I missing something? Are there any technological/handling/performance differences? Would appreciate any views...

What month/year are the two cars?
Earlier in the model cycle you could specify a lot of extras separately. First thing you need to do is to get a full spec list for both cars. It was quite easy to spec up a Momentum to beyond base spec for the R-Design and Inscription trim levels.
We had an RDesign mk1. We have a spec'd up Momentum mk2.
