Getrag Powershift Service

Evening folks.
Another thread in PH got me thinking about servicing for the Getrag 6DCT450 Powershift box in my V50.
Had mine done around 2/3 years ago (22,000 miles) after it started overreving slightly under medium to heavy acceleration. Volvo Specialist did the job for around £300. Its run perfectly since then and does to this day but I'm a big believer in preventative maintenance.
I was told these boxes are very sensitive to servicing intervals and can go wrong, costing serious money, if not kept on top of. Unfortunately I didn't ask what the actual service interval was!
I've done some checking on Google and seen answers ranging from 12,000 to 60,000 and 2 years to 8 years!
Does anyone actually know?
