I've got an issue with the screenwash on my 2011 V70

Pulling the stalk emits a single squirt of water from 1 nozzle, sometimes 2 or 3, but that's all. Nothing comes out of the rear nozzle when asked, but the wipers do their thing as expected.

I can hear the pump running in both occasions and the small squirt of water means I don't think it is blocked, but is it. If I run the pump for a few seconds and then go and investigate, I can't see any water leaking out anywhere either, no pools or dribbles underneath anywhere.

Other suggestion was that the tank may have a line of "scum" built up in it so I sent some sterilising fluid in to have a go at cleaning it, but that didn't really do much either.

so where is the water going, if not onto my screen?

I believe there is a filter near the back of the car that could be blocked....this happened to mine a few years ago, and the garage sorted it for me...for pennies, as for the fronts...i have no idea

When mine stopped working the fluid would pee out under the car. The high pressure lines to the lights are like concertina tube. Its brittle and eventually splits - not very Volvo. Fixed with suitably sized aquarium line and tee fittings.
